Berlin Meditation Retreat
24-27 September 2026 — Berlin, Germany — English spoken
From 24 to 27 September, we invite you to join a meditation retreat at Wat Phra Dhammakaya Berlin.
During this retreat, we will review the essentials of the Dhammakaya Meditation method, also known as Middle Way Meditation. How do we restore balance in meditation? How can we deepen our meditation experience? How can we make our daily meditation practice more pleasant?
You will have the opportunity to share your meditation experiences and ask questions to clarify any doubts. The monks will also share their own meditation journeys and how the practice has helped them become more peaceful and happy.
The retreat will be guided by Lp Sander and Lp Note.
The retreat is suitable for beginners as well as previous participants who have learned Dhammakaya meditation before. The temple will provide breakfast and lunch. Most participants will have their own room, and there will be secure lockers for storing electronics. Meditation will take place in a beautiful hall, as well as outside in the forest.
